The only ships that wont get the military slots is the Clipper and Courier, because they are not military ships. Well those are the two most people care about. Clipper and Courier are the major Imperial combat ships people fly, so that's what I was talking about. They get left out in the cold twice: shield nerf, and no boost to hull stacking.
